If your business model offers Full Service and it includes consumer Rebates, Discounts and/or Credits at Closing, this is what the Real Estate Savings Center Network can do for you:

• Exclusive Marketing Territory – You can reserve your entire County area, your entire MLS Association area, or both. We create, optimize, and market an Exclusive City Web Page for your city of choice on one of both networks so we can direct more consumers to you MLS-IDX site.

• Exclusive Prospect Referrals – As a network member, only your company will automatically be emailed Prospect Referral Forms submitted for your Exclusive Marketing Territory. The larger the territory you reserve the more Prospect Referral Forms you should receive when the Exclusive City Web Page we set up has been indexed and ranked by the major search engines.

• Ongoing Residual Income – Even if you never convert a Prospect Referral we send into a moneymaking deal, you can earn ongoing income in the follow ways:

  • We pay you 50% of all advertising revenues generated for ad placement on the Exclusive City Web Page we create for your territory. You can refer any service provider you choose to us and we do all of the sales and setup. Then payments are made to you quarterly for as long as you and the advertiser remain network members.

  • We pay you 25% of all monthly marketing income we collect from any other company Owner, Broker, or Manager you refer to The Real Estate Savings Center. Again, we do all of the work, the payments are made to you quarterly for as long as you and any one you refer remain network members.

  • You can make at least 100% profit by purchasing additional Exclusive Web Pages for other cities and towns in your Exclusive market Territory. We charge only $5 per month each to set up, optimize, market and maintain the web pages for you. You can sell them for $10 each per month. You can use them for Agent Recruiting & Retention purposes, and/or use them to generate your own in-house referral fees.

All Exclusive Marketing Territories are available on a first reserved basis. You can reserve membership in one or both of the following networks according to availability, and you can cancel you membership at any time without cost or obligation:

• The BestHomeSearch.com Network:  15% Referral Fee, No Set Up Fees, No Monthly Fees – We market your MLS-IDX Website as the “Best Home Search Solution” for any one entire County area. We do all the Exclusive Web Page set up, optimization, marketing, and maintenance work. See Example

• TheMLSSearchEngine.com Network:  $15 per month, No Set Up Fees, No Referral Fees – We market your MLS-IDX website as “The MLS Search Engine” for your entire MLS Association area. We do all the Exclusive Web Page set up, optimization, marketing, and maintenance work.

• Sign Up Below – Our Official Launch Date for both Networks is July 1, 2011. When you reserve your County and/or MLS Association below, we will contact you no later than June 24, 2011 to get your Exclusive Marketing Territory and your Exclusive City Web Page up and running.
